Motorists have long promised that technology will change the way people, packages and cargo travel around the world.
But will these robots, automakers and bots be good citizens in the cities where they work? And what does a “good AV citizen” look like even?
We invited three experts on our stage to sit down on this complex topic and discuss how design, driving systems and the developer’s approach to operations can affect access, equity, safety and the use of AVs.
We are pleased to announce that Argo AI’s chief executive officer of Summer Fowler, Riccardo Giraldi, CEO of Zoox and Alisyn Malek, executive director of the Revolving Movement Alliance join us TC Meetings: Activity 2022 May 18 and May 19 in San Mateo, California.
This panel discussion will explore issues such as shared design for physical access and functional equality to ensure that private and public AVs are available to all communities.
A good AV birth also means a car that interacts safely with cyclists, pedestrians and cars that people will encounter every day.
We will minimize the obstacles that stand in the way of these goals.
